Checks/money orders can be mailed to: Menoken Water District, 4386 6225 Rd., Montrose, CO 81401. Payments can also be made at our office during business hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Mon.-Fri.
An after-hours drop slot is by the front door if you arrive before or after regular business hours.

We accept credit card payments online, in person, or over the phone. You can make a one time credit card payment online by clicking the button below, or you can set up your account(s) for recurring monthly automatic payment by registering through the customer portal.
There is a $2.95 or 3.5% (whichever is larger) fee per credit card/e-check payment that the processing company charges as a convenience fee.
You can register for recurring ACH payments from your preferred bank account (with no additional fees) by downloading the ACH form and scanning, emailing, mailing, or bringing it to us in person along with a blank voided copy of a check linked to your preferred account. We also have the ACH forms available at the office for your convenience, and we are happy to assist you in filling it out!
DOXO is a third party billing company. Menoken Water District is NOT affiliated with DOXO. We do receive payments through DOXO, however, if you choose to use DOXO, please be aware that your payment will NOT be applied to your account in real-time and may take a couple of days to be applied. We encourage our customers to use the Customer Portal to make payments in real-time.
