New Customer Portal available with new payment options!
We are excited to announce that a new Customer Portal is available to our customers where you will be able to view all aspects of your account (or multiple accounts), to set up your preferred way to receive bills (including paperless), to make payments (including recurring or one-time credit card payments), and the ability to set up personalized reminders and printable reports of water usage and payments. We will also have a new option of sending service notices, reminders, and bills via text to your cell phone. You can set this up yourself by following the link below, or we can set it up for you. We would need your most up to date contact information, cell phone number, email, and home or office numbers. Please contact our office at your convenience with this information.
ACH payments through bank accounts are not setup through this portal. Please see Bill Payment Options from the menu above for instructions on setting this up.
